Rates
Therapeutically Beautiful wants to hear more about you and offers a free 30 minute consultation. Once you decide that Therapeutically Beautiful is a good fit for you, all new clients are subjected to the the initial assessment fee of $175. All fees are due at the time of your appointment. Session fees after intake are determined by the service being rendered and may be based on a sliding scale. During intake session, we discuss all service related fees and will agree upon a fee at the beginning of treatment. Therapeutically Beautiful currently accepts United Health Care/Optum and Cigna. For all prospective clients with other insurance plan, your insurance company may provide out-of-network services for which you can receive reimbursement. If you so choose to use your out of network benefits, Therapeutically Beautiful will provid you, with all the necessary information and paperwork to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Therapeutically Beautiful recommend’s asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session
- Do I need an authorization prior to beginning services?
Payment
Therapeutically Beautiful currently accepts cash and invoice payments through client portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of a session.
